Should we have a clan weekly Roster? (My Idea)

Description:

Each week we separate into groups, "Alpha" "Bravo" "Charlie" "Delta". Each member of the clan well be put into the groups and clan war together, so we dont have to pick which one goes whos. If one or more people are missing on each group, subtitution will be available, Its just an Idea so Please comment on this.
